Shipping

Orders are prepared after payment is recorded or captured.

The app shows the estimated delivery date and arrival date during checkout and on order tracking.

Standard delivery is $9.95 unless the order subtotal is over $150, which receives free delivery.

Carrier and tracking number are added from the fulfillment dashboard when the order ships.

Vintage Condition

Most items are vintage or pre-owned, so small signs of age or wear may be present.

Major flaws should be noted before shipping, and customers can contact support if an item arrives in a condition different from the listing.

One-of-one items may not be replaceable, but the store can help with return, exchange, or refund review when needed.

Returns

Return requests should be sent within 7 days of the recorded arrival date.

Items should be returned in the same condition received, including any tags, packaging, or accessories sent with the order.

Original delivery fees and payment processing costs may not be refundable unless the store made a fulfillment mistake.

Payments

Checkout supports PayPal and other payment labels shown in the cart.

Orders are not packed for delivery until payment is recorded, captured, or approved by the store.

Transaction fees are shown at checkout so the total is visible before the order is created.

Privacy

Customer name, email, phone, address, order details, and support messages are used to process orders and provide customer service.

The store does not sell customer contact information.

Account login is handled through Netlify Identity, and payment details are handled by the selected payment provider.
